Description:
1. LH. HJ331 is a type of mid-Mn and high-Si fused flux, with olive drab glassy granulated grains, size 8-40 mesh( that is 2.5-0.38mm).

2. Both DC and AC can be used for welding, while the arc is stable and slag detachability is easy. HJ331 has excellent welding performance in deep slope,
While deposited metal is of properties of high crack resistance and a satisfactory low-temperature toughness.

Applications:
LH-HJ331 can be used for welding ship hulls and pressure vessels which are fabricated by low-carbon steels ( such as A3, 20G, 16Mn, 16MnR, A32 and E36, etc. ), or low-alloy steels, or highstrength steels.

CAUTIONS:
1. Impurities on the welding surface must be removed before welding, such as
Oil soil, moisture, iron rust, etc.

2. The welding flux must be baked for 2 hours at the temperature of 300-350 centigrade before build-up welding.
