MIG MAG CO2 Protection welding wires AWS ER70S-6
Used for welding low carbon steel and 500MPA low alloy steel structures
1) type and characteristic:
welding wire ER70S-6 is a kind of mild steel copper coated welding wire, suitable for 100% CO2 and argon and CO2 mixed gas protective welding with stable feasibility, good welding seams, less spatters and excellent welding process properties. Suitable for all-position welding work.
2)Application:
Solid copper coated welding wire for welding in gas shielding atmospheres. Suitable for welding unalloyed steels with tensile straight below 530 N/mm2 like boiler plate, fine-grained steels, pipe steels, shipbuilding steels and cast steels. Unalloyed steels: DIN St 33 to St 60.2; Fine-grained steels: DIN StE 255 to StE 355, W StE 255 to W StE 355; Boiler and vessel plate: DIN H I, H II, 17Mn4, 19Mn5; Pipe steels: DIN St 35 to St 52.4, E St E 210.7 to St E 360.7; Shipbuilding steels: DIN A, B, D, E; Cast steel: DIN GS 38 to GS 52
