Description:
      HJ251 is a kind of smelting-type low-Mn mid-Si and mid-F flux,It appears light-yellow to light-green jade-like particles with the mesh of 10-60(2-0.3mm).During the course of welding,direct-current main is adopted and welding wires or bands are connected to the positive electrode.It has good welding performance.
Usage:
      It can be used in the welding of pearlite heat-resisting steel in conjunction with HO8Cr2MoA welding wire containing Cr and Mo.It is also used in the welding of rotors in steam turbines and so on.
Cautions:

1.Ipmurities on the welding surface must be removed before welding,such as oil soil,mositure,iron rust etc.
2.The flux must be baked for 2 hours under the temperature of 250-300ºC before it is used.


Applications:
Combination with stainless steel welding wires (H0Cr21Nil10, H0Cr21INi10Nb, H1Cr13, H3Crl3 etc.), this fused flux is designed for welding the acid-resistance stainless steel structure and is also suitable for hard-facing of roller.
