LH-SJ503 is a type of aluminum and titanium base agglomerated flux,basicity is about 0.7.It is of beige spherical particle,size is 12 to 60 mesh(about 1.4-0.25mm).It can be used on DC(+) or AC,when using DC(+),the wire to the positive(+),arc burning stability,weld forming is smooth and beautiful.The flux has excellent deslagging property and stomatal resistance.Deposited metal has excellent low-temperature impact toughness.
(3)Applications: 
For the combination with welding wire H08A&H08MnA,mainly welding normal low carbon steel and some high strength low alloy structural steel,suitable for medium thickness plate structures,can be used in the multi-channel welding,single or multiple wire submerged arc welding quickly.

(6)The Instruction of usages:
The oil soil,moisture,iron rust and other foreign substances must be removed from the welding joint.
The welding flux must be baked under 300-350ºC for 2 hours before welding.
