Description:
1. LH· HJ250 is a type of mid-fluoride, mid-Si, and low in Manganese. It appears light-yellow to light-green jade-like particles.

2. Because HJ250 is less active in the process of welding, the welding seam contains less oxygen, while it contains more hydrogen, which is sensitive to low-temperature crack. Therefore, preheat is needed before welding.

3. The welding wire should be connected to the positive electrode. HJ250 performs well in welding, with better slag detachability and excellent welding bead.

Application:
1. HJ250 can be used for welding low-alloy and high strength steel, such as 15Mnv and 14MnMoV, and low-mild steel 09Mn2V,

2. When matched with corresponding welding wires. It can also weld low-alloy hot-resistance steel 12CrMoV, in application with welding wire Cr-Mo-V.

CAUTIONS:
Impurities on the welding surface must be removed before welding, such as oil soil, moisture, iron rust, etc.
The welding flux must be baked for 2 hours at the temperature of 300-350 centigrade before build-up welding.
