Combinding with some welding wires such as 1Cr13,2Cr13 and 3 Cr13 or welding belts,it may be used in overlap welding of conticaster rolls, hot rolled rolls and backup rolls.It has better hightemperature slag detachability and a good appearance of weld. It possesses the following features:the alloy elements in welding wires have a full transition, the chemical composition in welding layers is evenly distributed. Both its welding performance and metallurgical property are superior over HJ107.
Usage:
when applied to appropriate welding wires such as HOCr21Ni10,HOOCr21Ni10 and HOOCr19Ni12Mo2, It can weld low-carbon steel,super-low carbon steel and highalloy heat-resisting steel,and is fit for multiway welding.
Cautions:
1.The welding flux must be baked for 2 hours at the temperature of 300-350ºC before build-up welding.
2.Some foreign substances such as rust,grease and moisture on the weldment should be removed before welding.
3.It should be used in overlap welding with reversed electrode DC.
4.Pair with different Chemical element FCW wires.
