Characteristics:
1. SJ103 is an agglomerated  fluoride-baisc  and low-hydrogen type flux
2. Grain size: 10 to 40 mesh ,alkanity approximately 2.5
3. The ampere of SJ103's current carrying can reach to 1400A
4  It can be used for single-way or multi-way welding of  490MPA grade steel,the properties of deposited metal are of high  impact toughness and high crack reistance,
5  SJ103 can be used  for multi-way welding and narrow-gap welding of 590MPA grade steels

Necessary process before welding:
1   Damp flux should be re-dried at 300-350 ºC for 2 hours.Rust,grease and moisture on the weldment should be removed before welding.
2   A sieve of 10-40 mesh is needed to screen out broken slags and dilicate power,when in recyle-use,to ensure the welding quality
